HVAC and plumbing plans are not included. HVAC plans have to be designed by a specialist and the configuration also depends on the location of the house.

Purchasers have been urged to consult their local building official for particular ordinance requirements, and encouraged to review the plans with a local engineer of their choosing. No engineering or architectural stamps have been included. Consult a qualified licensed builder / contractor familiar with your local building codes before applying for approval. The Plans are NOT intended as a DIY project — you must hire a contractor.
